- 1. 0:00 Pour 50g water to bloom
- 2. 0:10-0:15 Gently swirl
- 3. 0:00-0:45 Bloom
- 4. 0:45-1:00 Pour up to 50g water (40% total weight)
- 5. 1:00-1:10 Pause
- 6. 1:10-1:20 Pour up to 50g water (60% total weight)
- 7. 1:20-1:30 Pause
- 8. 1:30-1:40 Pour up to 100g water (80% total weight)
- 9. 1:40-1:50 Pause
- 10. 1:50-2:00 Pour up to 50g water (100% total weight)
- 11. 2:00-2:05 Gently swirl
- 12. Drawdown should finish around 3:00, expect some variance. Taste is the most important thing!
