Baked Flounder or Sole with Lemon

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ poundflounder or sole fillets
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  •  teaspoonpepper
  • ¼ cupmelted butter
  • 2 ½ teaspoonlemon juice
  • 2 teaspoonsfinely minced onion
  • finely chopped fresh parsley
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Cut fish into serving-size pieces; arranged in buttered shallow baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine melted butter, lemon juice, minced onion
  4. Pour over fish.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika
  6. Bake at 325° for about 30 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley.
