Braised Red Cabbage With Chorizo

Ingredients

  • 4 ounceschorizo sausage, finely chopped
  • 1 cupchopped red onion
  • 1 cupwater
  • Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube, crumbled
  •  poundred cabbage, cored and cut into 2-x 2-inch pieces

Directions

  1. Heat a large nonstick saucepot over medium-high heat
  2. brown chorizo with onion about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients
  4. bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer covered until cabbage is tender, about 25 minutes.
