Braised Red Cabbage With Chorizo
Ingredients
- 4 ounceschorizo sausage, finely chopped
- 1 cupchopped red onion
- 1 cupwater
- Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube, crumbled
- 1¼ poundred cabbage, cored and cut into 2-x 2-inch pieces
Directions
- Heat a large nonstick saucepot over medium-high heat
- brown chorizo with onion about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer covered until cabbage is tender, about 25 minutes.
