# Brandon's Smoothie

1. Load blender dry to wet:  (32 g)[protein powder], (0.5 g)[cinnamon], (16 g)[peanut butter powder], (100 g)[banana], (280 g)[almond milk], (300 g)[ice] 
2. Start blender slow
3. Increase speed to keep mixture moving constantly
4. Stop once you can’t hear chunks anymore
