# Bulgoki

1. Place (600 g)[beef] in freezer until stiff
2. Slice beef as thin as possible
3. Mix (65 g)[soy sauce], (50 g)[pear juice], (12 g)[sesame oil], (40 g)[sugar], (12 g)[sesame seeds], (10 g)[garlic], (1 g)[black pepper], (24 g)[chopped green onion] in a bowl.
4. Place beef in marinade
5. Rest overnight in fridge
6. Grill
