Charred Salsa Verde

2 anaheim peppers
1 serrano pepper
1 white onion
~15 tomatillos
cilantro
1-2pinch salt
  1. 1. Remove seeds from 2 anaheim peppers and 1 serrano pepper.
  2. 2. Half or quarter 1 white onion.
  3. 3. Peel and half ~15 tomatillos.
  4. 4. Place on sheet tray.
  5. 5. Broil on high until charred (10-15 min).
  6. 6. Move all to pot.
  7. 7. Add cilantro.
  8. 8. Add 1-2 pinch salt.
  9. 9. Blend.
