3 tomatoes
2 baby romaine lettuce
2 garlic cloves
300 g high protein greek yogurt
salt
pepper
750 g chicken breast
8 g onion powder
8 g garlic powder
4 g smoked paprika
2 g dried oregano
2 g ground cumin
1 g dried chilli flakes
spray oil
avocado
5 large wraps
5 small wraps
250 g mozzarella cheese
cheesy nacho chips
  1. 1. Prep 3 tomatoes, finely diced, and 2 baby romaine lettuce, shredded.
  2. 2. Combine 2 garlic cloves, grated, 300g high protein greek yogurt, and salt and pepper; store in fridge.
  3. 3. Combine 750g chicken breast, diced or sliced, with 8g onion powder, 8g garlic powder, 4g smoked paprika, 2g dried oregano, 2g ground cumin, 1g dried chilli flakes (optional), and salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Cook chicken in a pan with spray oil avocado.
  5. 5. Build wrap with 5 large wraps and 5 small wraps, 250g mozzarella cheese, cheesy nacho chips, (jalapeños) (optional), and the prepped fillings.
  6. 6. Store in fridge or freezer.
  7. 7. Toast before eating.
