# Chicken Lettuce Soup

1. Add [leftover rice], [broth], [leftover chicken], chopped, and [ginger] to pot.
2. Bring to boil.
3. Add [lettuce], chopped.
4. Turn off once lettuce wilts.
5. Season with [fish sauce] and [salt].
6. Remove ginger (or don't).
7. Garnish with [scallions].
