Chinese Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 chickensbreasts, diced up in large 2" squares
  •  cuptamari / soy sauce
  •  cuphoney
  • 2 Tablespoonsorange juice
  • 2 Tablespoonstomato paste
  • 1 Tablespoonsesame oil
  • 2 teaspoonsminced garlic
  • ½ tspginger
  • ¾ teaspoonsea salt
  • ¼ teaspooncracked black pepper

Directions

  1. Place largely diced chicken breasts in pressure cooker
  2. In a small bowl mix remaining ingredients to form sauce
  3. Pour sauce over chicken and stir.
  4. Cook in pressure cooker for 5 min on high
