Cinnamon Banana Paleo Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Bananas
  • 2 tspsCinnamon (adjust to taste)
  • 2 Tablespoonshoney (adjust to taste) or sweetener of choice
  • 4 TablespoonsCoconut Flour
  • Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • Dried blueberries (optional)
  • Coconut Oil

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl mash bananas with a fork
  2. Add eggs, cinnamon, coconut flour, honey
  3. Mix well
  4. Preheat pan
  5. Grease pan with coconut oil
  6. Add mix as you would any other pancake.
  7. Keep an eye on pancakes, they do not bubble like batter pancakes and will burn.
