Ingredients
- 2 poundscubed steak
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- ½ cupcorn starch
- ½ cupall purpose flour
- 4 Tablespoonsbutter
- 2 Tablespoonsolive oil
- 1 redpepper chopped
- 1 whiteonion chopped
- 1 Tablespoongarlic
Directions
- combine salt, pepper, and paprika
- cover both sides of cubed steak
- combine corn starch and flour in a bowl
- add remaining (1 teaspoon) salt, pepper, paprika mixture
- coat cubed steaks in flour
- let rest 10 min
- heat butter and olive oil on high until melted
- reduce heat to medium-high
- fry cubed steak 4 min per side or when browned
- return heat to high
- add onion and pepper to pan
- cook for 2-3 min to brown onions
- add minced garlic
- add 4 tablespoons of flour
- add oil ass needed to make a roux
- cook for 8-10 min on medium heat
- using a whisk add 3-4 cups of water
- add salt and pepper to taste
- add gravy and cubbed steak to pressure cooker and cook at high pressure for 15 min or cook in oven together fro 350 degree fro 35-45min
