Ingredients
- 4 -5 poundpork roast
- 4 Tablespoonsminced garlic, with oil from the jar
- ½ teaspoonpepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven at 525 degrees
- Cut x’s into the pork roast all over
- Put the garlic into the x's
- Sprinkle the pepper over the roast and garlic.
- Cook for 30-40 minutes (it may smoke- you may have to turn the fan on)
- Lower and cook at 325 for another 30-40 minutes.
