Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 4 -5 poundpork roast
  • 4 Tablespoonsminced garlic, with oil from the jar
  • ½ teaspoonpepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven at 525 degrees
  2. Cut x’s into the pork roast all over
  3. Put the garlic into the x's
  4. Sprinkle the pepper over the roast and garlic.
  5. Cook for 30-40 minutes (it may smoke- you may have to turn the fan on)
  6. Lower and cook at 325 for another 30-40 minutes.
