After making Dashi, let the (300 g)[moist leftover Dashi ingredients] cool down a bit until you can handle them. 2. Cut the moist leftover Dashi ingredients into small pieces. Each amount of moist leftover Dashi ingredients can be as much as you have. 3. Put the moist leftover Dashi ingredients, (15 g)[Sake], (45 g)[Mirin], and (45 g)[soy sauce] in a frying pan. 4. Cook on medium low heat, stirring constantly, until somewhat dry. ~20 minutes. 5. Mix in (15 g)[toasted white sesame seeds] to finish. 6. Sprinkle on top of rice or mix in to make rice balls! 7. You can store the Furikake in the fridge for a week, in the freezer for a month.
