- 3.5 ouncesManchego cheese
Directions
- add salt to water in pot
- add potatoes
- bring to boil
- boil gently 15-20 min
- cook onions in skillet
- add beef
- cook for 10 min until beef is brown
- add garlic power, paprika, black pepper
- 7 oz diced tomato
- drain potatoes
- add butter and dill
- mash potatoes
- coat hands in oil
- make softball size balls from potatoes
- place in roasting pan
- press shape into balls
- add cheese to fill the shape
- cover with meat and onion mixture
- add more cheese on top
- bake at 400 degrees for 10 min or until cheese melts
