# High Protein Breakfast Burrito

1. Crack (1 whole)[egg] into a bowl and add the (50 g)[liquid egg whites].
2. Add a pinch of [salt] and [black pepper], then mix with a fork.
3. Add the (20 g)[shredded mozzarella cheese] to the egg mixture and set aside.
4. Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, combine (½)[avocado], (30 g)[low-fat cream cheese], salt, pepper, and a little [lime juice].
5. Mash and mix until smooth.
6. Cook (100 g)[turkey breast] (sliced) in a non-stick pan until browned.
7. Add (1)[pickled jalapeño] slices and continue cooking briefly.
8. Add the egg and cheese mixture to the pan, stirring continuously until the eggs are cooked but still soft.
9. Spread the avocado cream cheese mixture on the (1)[tortilla].
10. Add the cooked egg, cheese, turkey, and jalapeño mixture on top.
11. Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it into a burrito shape.
12. Place the burrito seam-side down in a hot pan and cook each side for about 10-15 seconds until crispy and browned.
