| 3 g | kosher salt |
| 1 small | yellow onion |
| 3 | garlic cloves |
| 60 g | tomato paste |
| 960 g | bone broth |
| 3 | carrots |
| 225 g | green beans |
| 454 g | potatoes |
| 140 g | fresh baby kale |
| 15 g | Sherry vinegar |
| 15 g | minced fresh Italian parsley |

Directions
- 1. Heat large pot over medium heat.
- 2. Add 900g ground beef and 3g kosher salt.
- 3. Brown beef.
- 4. Drain and transfer meat to a plate.
- 5. Cook 1small yellow onion (diced) for 5-7 min.
- 6. Add 3 garlic cloves (minced).
- 7. Stir for 15 sec.
- 8. Add 60g tomato paste.
- 9. Cook until pot develops coating.
- 10. Add 960g bone broth.
- 11. Deglaze pot.
- 12. Add beef, 3 carrots, 225g green beans and 454g potatoes.
- 13. Increase to high heat and boil.
- 14. Lower heat to simmer.
- 15. Cover.
- 16. Cook for 20-30 minutes (or pressure cooker on high for 5 min).
- 17. Add 140g fresh baby kale.
- 18. Stir until kale wilts.
- 19. Add 15g Sherry vinegar and 15g minced fresh Italian parsley.
Lasts 4 days in fridge or 2 months in freezer.
