| 1 | jalapeno |
| 3 pieces | garlic |
| 4 g | smoked paprika |
| 4 g | sweet paprika |
| 1 g | oregano |
| 6 g | salt |
| 2 | roma tomatoes |
| 2 c | long grain rice |
| 480 g | water |

Directions
- 1. Heat up a medium saucepan to medium heat.
- 2. Add 27g olive oil.
- 3. Add 1 onion (diced) and 1 jalapeno.
- 4. Sauté for 5-7 minutes.
- 5. Add 3pieces garlic and sauté for a couple of minutes.
- 6. Add 4g smoked paprika, 4g sweet paprika, 1g oregano, and 6g salt.
- 7. Give the pot a good stir.
- 8. Add 2 roma tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
- 9. Add in 2cups long grain rice and give the pot a stir.
- 10. Add 480g water and stir.
- 11. Cook in pressure cooker for 4 min and natural release for at least 7 min.
