Miso-Glazed Salmon

90 g miso
100 g sake
18 g soy sauce
24 g olive oil
60 g brown sugar
900 g salmon steaks

Marinate

  1. 1. Whisk together 90g miso, 100g sake, 18g soy sauce, 24g olive oil, and 60g brown sugar.
  2. 2. Rub mixture over every surface of 900g salmon steaks.
  3. 3. Transfer to a plastic zipper lock bag or sealable container.
  4. 4. Marinate for 30 minutes or up to two days.

Cook

  1. 5. Preheat a broiler to high.
  2. 6. Cover a small broiler pan with aluminum foil.
  3. 7. Place salmon on broiler pan.
  4. 8. Broil untill top is charred, about 5 minutes.

Pairs well with Shiitake Mushrooms and Broccoli
