Whisk together (90g)[miso], (100 g)[sake], (18 g)[soy sauce], (24 g)[olive oil], and (60 g)[brown sugar]. 2. Rub mixture over every surface of (900g)[salmon steaks]. 3. Transfer to a plastic zipper lock bag or sealable container. 4. Marinate for 30 minutes or up to two days. ## Cook 5. Preheat a broiler to high. 6. Cover a small broiler pan with aluminum foil. 7. Place salmon on broiler pan. 8. Broil untill top is charred, about 5 minutes. --- Pairs well with Shiitake Mushrooms and Broccoli
