Ingredients
| 225 g | whole wheat noodles |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 400 g | broccolini |
| 100 g | snap peas |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 450 g | ground beef |
| 1 tbsp | oil |
| 145 g | chili crisps |
| 50 g | soy sauce |
| 50 g | water |
| 60 g | peanut butter |

Directions
Noodles
- 1. Cook 225g whole wheat noodles per package.
- 2. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- 3. Toss with olive oil to keep from sticking.
Broccolini
- 4. Cut 400g broccolini
- 5. Combine broccolini and 100g snap peas in 1tbsp olive oil and 1pinch salt
- 6. Stir-fry 90-120 seconds over high.
- 7. Transfer to bowl.
Combine
- 8. Brown 450g ground beef in 1tbsp oil over high heat for 5–6 min until crumbled and brown.
- 9. Add 145g chili crisps
- 10. Stir and scrape 1 min.
- 11. Add 50g soy sauce, 50g water, 60g peanut butter.
- 12. Stir and bring to simmer.
- 13. Add noodles, broccolini, and snap peas.
- 14. Toss well.
NOTE: Based on Brian Lagerstrom's Chili Crips Peanut Noodles with Broccolini my changes were to try and bring down sugar and increase protein.
