| 3 slices | bacon |
| 2 medium | potatoes |
| 1 medium | onion |
| 2 ribs | celery |
| 1/2 c | chopped red bell pepper |
| 3-4tsp | OLD BAY® Seasoning |
| 1 | Bay Leaf |
| 960 g | whole milk |
| 340 g | chopped clams |

Directions
- 1. Cook 3slices bacon in large saucepan on medium heat until crisp.
- 2. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels.
- 3. Crumble bacon; set aside.
- 4. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the bacon drippings in pan.
- 5. Add 2medium potatoes (peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes), 1medium onion (chopped), 2ribs celery (chopped), 1/2 c chopped red bell pepper, 3-4 tsp OLD BAY® Seasoning and 1 Bay Leaf to pan.
- 6. Cook and stir 8 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- 7. Stir in 960g whole milk and 340g chopped clams (undrained) with juice.
- 8. Bring to boil.
- 9. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.
- 10. Remove and discard Bay Leaf.
- 11. Ladle chowder into soup bowls.
- 12. Sprinkle with bacon.
