Oven baked pork ribs

15 g sea salt
15 g paprika
15 g garlic powder
15 g onion powder
15 g chili powder
5 g ground black pepper
5 g cumin
5 g cayenne pepper
4 lb pork ribs
  1. 1. Place the oven rack in the middle of the oven
  2. 2. Preheat oven to 250F.
  3. 3. Combine 15g sea salt, 15g paprika, 15g garlic powder, 15g onion powder, 15g chili powder, 5g ground black pepper, 5g cumin, and 5g cayenne pepper in a small bowl
  4. 4. Stir to combine.
  5. 5. Rub both sides of the 4lb pork ribs with the spice rub
  6. 6. Place the ribs on a baking sheet, rib side down.
  7. 7. Bake the ribs for about 2 hours and 45 minutes, turning occasionally.
  8. 8. Broil the ribs for about 5-10 minutes to brown the meat side.
  9. 9. Cut the ribs and serve with extra napkins.
