Directions
- 1. Place the oven rack in the middle of the oven
- 2. Preheat oven to 250F.
- 3. Combine 15g sea salt, 15g paprika, 15g garlic powder, 15g onion powder, 15g chili powder, 5g ground black pepper, 5g cumin, and 5g cayenne pepper in a small bowl
- 4. Stir to combine.
- 5. Rub both sides of the 4lb pork ribs with the spice rub
- 6. Place the ribs on a baking sheet, rib side down.
- 7. Bake the ribs for about 2 hours and 45 minutes, turning occasionally.
- 8. Broil the ribs for about 5-10 minutes to brown the meat side.
- 9. Cut the ribs and serve with extra napkins.
