Ingredients
- 4 poundspork ribs
- 1 Tablespoonsea salt
- 1 Tablespoonpaprika
- 1 Tablespoongarlic powder
- 1 Tablespoononion powder
- 1 Tablespoonchili powder
- 2 teaspoonsground black pepper
- 2 teaspoonscumin
- 2 teaspoonscayenne pepper
Directions
- Place the oven rack in the middle of the oven
- Preheat oven to 250F.
- Combine all spice ingredients together in a small bowl
- Stir to combine.
- Rub both sides of the ribs with the spice rub
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet, rib side down.
- Bake the ribs for about 2 hours and 45 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Broil the ribs for about 5-10 minutes to brown the meat side.
- Cut the ribs and serve with extra napkins.
