Oven Roasted Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ poundBrussels sprouts
  • 3 Tablespoonsgood olive oil
  • 4 clovessgarlic, chopped
  • ¾ teaspoonkosher salt
  • ½ teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves.
  3. Toss them in a large bowl with oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet and
  5. Roast 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with additional kosher salt if desired.
