Ingredients
- ¼ poundground lean lamb
- 1 eggbeaten
- ⅛ tspnutmeg
- ⅛ tspground cloves
- ⅛ tspcumin
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cupbread crumbs or matzo meal
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the meat, egg, nutmeg, cloves, cumin, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Form into meatballs and roll in bread crumbs
- Brown in hot oil
