Pork Chops with Red Barn Spice Rub

Ingredients

Tablespoons
Red Barn Spice Rub
½
cup
cranberry juice
Directions
Rinse meat
Blot meat dry
Rub spice over all sides of meat
Let meat rest at room temp for 30min to 1hr
Heat cast-iron to medium medium-high heat
Place meat dry side down
Cook 4 min (until meat releases from pan)
Flip chops
Cook for 4 min
Reduce heat to low
Add cranberry juice and cover
Cook for 3 min or until juice becomes thick
Cranberry juice can be swapped for pomegranate juice or red wine.
