| 1/4 c | brown sugar |
| 2 tbsp | chili powder |
| 2 tsp | dried parsley |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | pepper |
| 1 tsp | cumin |
| 1 tsp | garlic powder |
| 1 tsp | onion powder |
| 1/4 tsp | cayenne pepper |
| 1 c | water |
| 1/2 c | apple cider vinegar |
| 1/4 tsp | liquid smoke |
| 1/2 c | BBQ sauce |

Directions
- 1. Remove the lining from the bottom side of the 1rack ribs by running a butter knife under the skin and then using a paper towel to grip and remove completely.
- 2. Combine the 1/4 c brown sugar, 2tb chili powder, 2tsp dried parsley, 1tsp salt, 1tsp pepper, 1tsp cumin, 1tsp garlic powder, 1tsp onion powder and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper in a small dish
- 3. Rub mix all over the ribs.
- 4. Place the rack in your pressure cooker
- 5. Place the ribs inside the pot, standing on their side, wrapping around the inside of the pot.
- 6. Pour in the 1c water, 1/2 c apple cider vinegar and 1/4 tsp liquid smoke (if using), being careful to not wash off any of the seasonings.
- 7. Secure the lid, making sure the vent is closed.
- 8. Press the Meat button and set to 25 minutes. Let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes
- 9. Quick release the rest of the way.
- 10. Carefully remove the ribs from the pressure cooker
- 11. Set on a foil lined baking sheet
- 12. Brush down with your favorite 1/2 c BBQ sauce
- 13. Pop under the broiler for 5 minutes
- 14. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn (some ovens are more hot than others).
