  1. 1. Remove the lining from the bottom side of the 1rack ribs by running a butter knife under the skin and then using a paper towel to grip and remove completely.
  2. 2. Combine the 1/4 c brown sugar, 2tb chili powder, 2tsp dried parsley, 1tsp salt, 1tsp pepper, 1tsp cumin, 1tsp garlic powder, 1tsp onion powder and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper in a small dish
  3. 3. Rub mix all over the ribs.
  4. 4. Place the rack in your pressure cooker
  5. 5. Place the ribs inside the pot, standing on their side, wrapping around the inside of the pot.

  9. 9. Quick release the rest of the way.
  10. 10. Carefully remove the ribs from the pressure cooker
  11. 11. Set on a foil lined baking sheet
  12. 12. Brush down with your favorite 1/2 c BBQ sauce

  14. 14. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn (some ovens are more hot than others).
