# Protein Pancakes

1. Blend (60 g)[oats] into a powder
2. Combine (30 g)[whey protein], oats, (25 g)[sweetener], (3 g)[cinnamon], [salt] and (½ tsp)[baking powder]
3. Preheat pan to medium with oil
4. Smash [banana]
5. Add (50 g)[skyr] yogurt into banana and (100 g)[egg whites]
6. Combine wet and dry
7. Whisk
8. Fry with lid on until bubbles form
9. Flip and cook with lid for ~1 min
