- carrots
- watermelon radish
- 2 cupswater
- 1 ½ cupvinegar
- 3 Tablespoonssalt
- 3 Tablespoonssugar
- dried chili
- ¼ teaspoonall spice
Directions
- Peel your carrots and radish.
- pass your veggies through a shredder or food processor shredder.
- Stuff your shredded veggies into a glass jar.
- In a small pot combine 2 cups of water, 1 ½ cup of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of salt, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 dried chili, and ¼ teaspoon of all spice.
- melt salt and sugar
- pour your brine over your veggies.
- Seal the jar
- leave them out until they cool down
- Transfer them to the fridge
