Quick Pickle Veggie

Ingredients

  • carrots
  • watermelon radish
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1 ½ cupvinegar
  • 3 Tablespoonssalt
  • 3 Tablespoonssugar
  • dried chili
  • ¼ teaspoonall spice

Directions

  1. Peel your carrots and radish.
  2. pass your veggies through a shredder or food processor shredder.
  3. Stuff your shredded veggies into a glass jar.
  4. In a small pot combine 2 cups of water, 1 ½ cup of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of salt, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 dried chili, and ¼ teaspoon of all spice.
  5. melt salt and sugar
  6. pour your brine over your veggies.
  7. Seal the jar
  8. leave them out until they cool down
  9. Transfer them to the fridge
