Ingredients
- 2 smallscauliflowers (each about 500g), outer leaves removed
- Extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tspsumac
- ½ tspground cumin
- Lemon juice
- A handful of parsley, chopped
- Sea salt
Directions
- Preheat oven 375
- Drizzle oil liberally and scatter salt, cumin
- Cook 45 min to 1 hr
- Drizzle again with oil and lemon and add parsley more salt
