Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 2 smallscauliflowers (each about 500g), outer leaves removed
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tspsumac
  • ½ tspground cumin
  • Lemon juice
  • A handful of parsley, chopped
  • Sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 375
  2. Drizzle oil liberally and scatter salt, cumin
  3. Cook 45 min to 1 hr
  4. Drizzle again with oil and lemon and add parsley more salt
