# Rotisserie Chicken Soup

1. Sweat (750 g)[frozen mirepoix] over med heat in (30 g)[olive oil] with [salt] 5 min.
2. Stir in (100 g)[better than bouillon chicken], (3 g)[turmeric], (5 g)[garlic powder], (3 g)[dried oregano], and (3 g)[black pepper]; add (2700 g)[chicken stock], bring to boil.
3. Add (225 g)[orzo] & (200 g)[chopped collards/kale]; cook 8 min.
4. Fold in (650 g)[shredded rotisserie chicken]; heat through, adjust salt.
5. Serve hot with crusty bread.
