Ingredients
- ¾ cupbalsamic vinegar;
- 1 crushedclove of garlic;
- 1 tspdried oregano;
- 2 teaspoonsDijon mustard, optional
- ¾ cupextra-virgin olive oil
- ground black pepper
- Sea salt
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a jar that has a lid.
- Close the lid tight and shake well to combine all the ingredients.
