Spaghetti Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 poundItalian sausage
  • 1 poundground beef
  • 2 canssdiced tomatoes (15 oz each)
  • 4 cupsbeef broth
  • 1 poundzucchini, diced (2-3 medium)
  • 1 mediumgreen pepper, diced
  • 1 cupcelery, thinly sliced
  • ½ largeonion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoonitalian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoondried basil
  • ½ teaspoondried oregano
  • ½ teaspoonsalt
  • ¼ teaspoonpepper
  • ¼ teaspoongarlic powder

Directions

  1. In a Dutch oven or large pot, brown sausage and ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 1 hour.
