Ingredients
- 1 poundItalian sausage
- 1 poundground beef
- 2 canssdiced tomatoes (15 oz each)
- 4 cupsbeef broth
- 1 poundzucchini, diced (2-3 medium)
- 1 mediumgreen pepper, diced
- 1 cupcelery, thinly sliced
- ½ largeonion, chopped
- 1 teaspoonitalian seasoning
- ½ teaspoondried basil
- ½ teaspoondried oregano
- ½ teaspoonsalt
- ¼ teaspoonpepper
- ¼ teaspoongarlic powder
Directions
- In a Dutch oven or large pot, brown sausage and ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the remaining ingredients
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 1 hour.
