# Spicy Chilled Korean Noodles (Bibim Guksu-Style)

1. Boil (1 block)[instant ramen] (seasoning discarded) 4–5 min until tender. Drain, rinse under cold water, then blot on paper towel until the strands look matte.
2. Whisk (20g)[gochujang], (15g)[soy sauce], (5g)[sesame oil], (5g)[rice vinegar], (10g)[honey], (10g)[kimchi juice] & (5g)[gochugaru] until smooth.
3. Fold (50g)[well-fermented kimchi] (julienned) and chilled noodles into sauce until every strand is coated.
4. Mound into a bowl; pile on (40g)[julienned cucumber] and (15g)[scallions] (paper-thin bias slices), then finish with [crispy seaweed strips] and [untoasted sesame seeds]. Eat cold—explosive flavor, minimal effort.
