| 14 g | olive oil |
| 5 g | finely chopped garlic |
| 5 oz | baby spinach leaves |
| 1 g | salt |
| 1 g | freshly ground black pepper |
| 1 c | grated Gruyère |
| 1 1/2 c | cubed bread |

Directions
- 1. Heat 14g olive oil in a large saucepan or skillet.
- 2. Add 5g finely chopped garlic, 5oz baby spinach leaves, 1g salt, and 1g freshly ground black pepper and
- 3. Cook for 1 minute to soften the garlic and wilt the spinach.
- 4. Transfer to a bowl and let cool to room temperature.
- 5. Mix in 1cup grated Gruyère (or mozzarella, about 4 ounces) and 1 1/2 cups cubed bread (1/2 inch).
