Spinach, Cheese, and Bread Stuffing

14 g olive oil
5 g finely chopped garlic
5 oz baby spinach leaves
1 g salt
1 g freshly ground black pepper
1 c grated Gruyère
1 1/2 c cubed bread
  1. 1. Heat 14g olive oil in a large saucepan or skillet.
  2. 2. Add 5g finely chopped garlic, 5oz baby spinach leaves, 1g salt, and 1g freshly ground black pepper and
  3. 3. Cook for 1 minute to soften the garlic and wilt the spinach.
  4. 4. Transfer to a bowl and let cool to room temperature.
  5. 5. Mix in 1cup grated Gruyère (or mozzarella, about 4 ounces) and 1 1/2 cups cubed bread (1/2 inch).
