Heat (14g)[olive oil] in a large saucepan or skillet. 2. Add (5g)[finely chopped garlic], (5 oz)[baby spinach leaves], (1g)[salt], and (1g)[freshly ground black pepper] and 3. Cook for 1 minute to soften the garlic and wilt the spinach. 4. Transfer to a bowl and let cool to room temperature. 5. Mix in (1 cup)[grated Gruyère] (or mozzarella, about 4 ounces) and (1 1/2 cups)[cubed bread] (1/2 inch).
