Sushi Rice Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 9 partssrice vinegar
  • 4 partsssugar
  • 1 partsalt

Directions

  1. Wash rice until water runs clear
  2. Measure rice to water based on cook method (1:1+ ½ cups for pressure cooker)
  3. Let soak 15 min
  4. Remove bottom of rice
  5. Mix in vinegar
  6. Use at body temp
