rice
water
9 parts rice vinegar
4 parts sugar
1 part salt
  1. 1. Wash rice until water runs clear
  2. 2. Measure rice to water based on cook method (1:1+ ½ cups for pressure cooker)
  3. 3. Let soak 15 min
  4. 4. Remove bottom of rice
  5. 5. Mix in a blend of 9parts rice vinegar, 4parts sugar, and 1part salt
  6. 6. Use at body temp
