# Sushi Rice Vinegar

1. Wash [rice] until water runs clear
2. Measure rice to [water] based on cook method (1:1+ ½ cups for pressure cooker)
3. Let soak 15 min
4. Remove bottom of rice
5. Mix in a blend of (9 parts)[rice vinegar], (4 parts)[sugar], and (1 part)[salt]
6. Use at body temp
