150 g tahini paste
20 g lemon juice
4 g salt
1 small garlic clove
115 g water
  1. 1. In a tall container, combine 150g tahini paste (pourable style), 20g lemon juice, 4g salt, and 1 small garlic clove (chopped). Blend with immersion blender until thick. Slowly stream in 115g water until smooth and pourable. Adjust with more water or lemon as needed.
