The 5 minute baguette
Ingredients

| 950 g | bread flour |
| 16 g | salt |
| 2 g | instant yeast |
| 730 ml | water |
Directions
Mix
- 1. Mix 950g bread flour, 16g salt, 2g instant yeast, and 730ml water together until combined
- 2. Cover and let it rise for 8 to 10 hours
Bake
- 3. Set oven to 485 F
- 4. Sprinkle flour on the bench
- 5. Line a wire rack with parchment paper
- 6. Cut the dough in 4 parts do not flatten dough
- 7. Take each piece and stretch it gently into a baguette shape
- 8. Put it on a wire rack.
- 9. Mist with a few sprays of water
- 10. Bake for 25 min
- 11. Let cool completely before cutting
