Part 1
- 1. Mix 950g bread flour, 16g salt, 2g instant yeast, and 730ml water together until combined
- 2. Cover and let it rise for 8 to 10 hours
Part 2
- 3. Set oven to 485 F
- 4. Sprinkle some flour on the bench
- 5. Cut the dough in 4 (do not flatten dough)
- 6. Take each piece and stretch it gently into a baguette shape
- 7. Put it on a baking tray with baking paper.
