The 5 minute baguette

950 g bread flour
16 g salt
2 g instant yeast
730 ml water

Mix

  1. 1. Mix 950g bread flour, 16g salt, 2g instant yeast, and 730ml water together until combined
  2. 2. Cover and let it rise for 8 to 10 hours

Bake

  1. 3. Set oven to 485 F
  2. 4. Sprinkle flour on the bench
  3. 5. Line a wire rack with parchment paper
  4. 6. Cut the dough in 4 parts do not flatten dough
  5. 7. Take each piece and stretch it gently into a baguette shape
  6. 8. Put it on a wire rack.
  7. 9. Mist with a few sprays of water
  8. 10. Bake for 25 min
  9. 11. Let cool completely before cutting
