# Tomato Sauce

1. Remove stems from (3 ripe)[tomatoes].
2. Boil water enough to cover whole tomatoes.
3. Blanch tomatoes in water 10-15 seconds.
4. Remove.
5. Peel skins from tomatoes.
6. Press the seeds and juice out.
7. Heat [olive oil] in pan.
8. Add (60g)[onion].
9. Add (1 clove)[garlic] (chopped).
10. Add [fresh thyme].
11. Chop tomato.
12. Add tomato juice (NOT seeds).
13. Add tomato.
14. Add [salt], [sugar], [pepper].
15. Boil 3-4 min.
16. Add [butter].
