Ingredients
- ½ cupfresh mint
- ½ cupfresh parsley
- 3 clovessgarlic
- ⅓ cuplemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- ¾ cupolive oil
- ½ cupyogurt
Directions
- In a food process combine mint, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Blitz until it gets broken down.
- slowly drizzle in olive oil to emulsify
- add in your yogurt
- blitz to combine again.
- Pour into a jar
- store in the fridge
