All Purpose Dressing

Ingredients
| 1/2 c | mint |
| 1/2 c | parsley |
| 3 cloves | garlic |
| 1/3 c | lemon juice |
| salt | |
| pepper | |
| 3/4 c | olive oil |
| 1/2 c | yogurt |

Directions
- 1. In a food process combine 1/2 c mint, 1/2 c parsley, 3cloves garlic, 1/3 c lemon juice, salt, and pepper
- 2. Blitz until it gets broken down.
- 3. Slowly drizzle in 3/4 c olive oil to emulsify
- 4. Add in your 1/2 c yogurt
- 5. Blitz to combine again.
- 6. Pour into a jar
- 7. Store in the fridge
