Ingredients

| 32 g | protein powder |
| 0.5 g | cinnamon |
| 16 g | peanut butter powder |
| 100 g | banana |
| 280 g | almond milk |
| 300 g | ice |
Directions
- 1. Load blender dry to wet: 32g protein powder, 0.5g cinnamon, 16g peanut butter powder, 100g banana, 280g almond milk, 300g ice
- 2. Start blender slow
- 3. Increase speed to keep mixture moving constantly
- 4. Stop once you can’t hear chunks anymore
