Brandon's Smoothie

32 g protein powder
0.5 g cinnamon
16 g peanut butter powder
100 g banana
280 g almond milk
300 g ice
  1. 1. Load blender dry to wet: 32g protein powder, 0.5g cinnamon, 16g peanut butter powder, 100g banana, 280g almond milk, 300g ice
  2. 2. Start blender slow
  3. 3. Increase speed to keep mixture moving constantly
  4. 4. Stop once you can’t hear chunks anymore
