600 g beef
65 g soy sauce
50 g pear juice
12 g sesame oil
40 g sugar
12 g sesame seeds
10 g garlic
1 g black pepper
24 g chopped green onion
  1. 1. Place 600g beef in freezer until stiff
  2. 2. Slice beef as thin as possible
  3. 3. Mix 65g soy sauce, 50g pear juice, 12g sesame oil, 40g sugar, 12g sesame seeds, 10g garlic, 1g black pepper, 24g chopped green onion in a bowl.
  4. 4. Place beef in marinade
  5. 5. Rest overnight in fridge
  6. 6. Grill
