| 18 g | sesame seeds |

Directions
- 1. Place 600g beef in freezer until stiff
- 2. Slice beef as thin as possible
- 3. Mix 80g soy sauce, 75g pear juice, 14g sesame oil, 50g sugar, 18g sesame seeds, 10g garlic, 1g black pepper, 24g chopped green onion in a bowl.
- 4. Place beef in marinade
- 5. Rest overnight in fridge
- 6. Grill
