600 g beef
80 g soy sauce
75 g pear juice
14 g sesame oil
50 g sugar
18 g sesame seeds
10 g garlic
1 g black pepper
24 g chopped green onion
  1. 1. Place 600g beef in freezer until stiff
  2. 2. Slice beef as thin as possible
  3. 3. Mix 80g soy sauce, 75g pear juice, 14g sesame oil, 50g sugar, 18g sesame seeds, 10g garlic, 1g black pepper, 24g chopped green onion in a bowl.
  4. 4. Place beef in marinade
  5. 5. Rest overnight in fridge
  6. 6. Grill
