High Protein Breakfast Burrito

1 whole egg
50 g liquid egg whites
salt
black pepper
20 g shredded mozzarella cheese
½ avocado
30 g low-fat cream cheese
lime juice
100 g turkey breast
1 pickled jalapeño
1 tortilla
  1. 1. Crack 1whole egg into a bowl and add the 50g liquid egg whites.
  2. 2. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper, then mix with a fork.
  3. 3. Add the 20g shredded mozzarella cheese to the egg mixture and set aside.
  4. 4. Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, combine ½ avocado, 30g low-fat cream cheese, salt, pepper, and a little lime juice.
  5. 5. Mash and mix until smooth.
  6. 6. Cook 100g turkey breast (sliced) in a non-stick pan until browned.
  7. 7. Add 1 pickled jalapeño slices and continue cooking briefly.
  8. 8. Add the egg and cheese mixture to the pan, stirring continuously until the eggs are cooked but still soft.
  9. 9. Spread the avocado cream cheese mixture on the 1 tortilla.
  10. 10. Add the cooked egg, cheese, turkey, and jalapeño mixture on top.
  11. 11. Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it into a burrito shape.
  12. 12. Place the burrito seam-side down in a hot pan and cook each side for about 10-15 seconds until crispy and browned.
