60 g oats
30 g whey protein
25 g sweetener
3 g cinnamon
salt
½ tsp baking powder
banana
50 g skyr
100 g egg whites
  1. 1. Blend 60g oats into a powder
  2. 2. Combine 30g whey protein, oats, 25g sweetener, 3g cinnamon, salt and ½ tsp baking powder
  3. 3. Preheat pan to medium with oil
  4. 4. Smash banana
  5. 5. Add 50g skyr yogurt into banana and 100g egg whites
  6. 6. Combine wet and dry
  7. 7. Whisk
  8. 8. Fry with lid on until bubbles form
  9. 9. Flip and cook with lid for ~1 min
