Directions
- 1. Blend 60g oats into a powder
- 2. Combine 30g whey protein, oats, 25g sweetener, 3g cinnamon, salt and ½ tsp baking powder
- 3. Preheat pan to medium with oil
- 4. Smash banana
- 5. Add 50g skyr yogurt into banana and 100g egg whites
- 6. Combine wet and dry
- 7. Whisk
- 8. Fry with lid on until bubbles form
- 9. Flip and cook with lid for ~1 min
