Directions
- 1. Sweat 750g frozen mirepoix over med heat in 30g olive oil with salt 5 min.
- 2. Stir in 100g better than bouillon chicken, 3g turmeric, 5g garlic powder, 3g dried oregano, and 3g black pepper; add 2700g chicken stock, bring to boil.
- 3. Add 225g orzo & 200g chopped collards/kale; cook 8 min.
- 4. Fold in 650g shredded rotisserie chicken; heat through, adjust salt.
- 5. Serve hot with crusty bread.
