750 g frozen mirepoix
30 g olive oil
salt
100 g better than bouillon chicken
3 g turmeric
5 g garlic powder
3 g dried oregano
3 g black pepper
2700 g chicken stock
225 g orzo
200 g chopped collards/kale
650 g shredded rotisserie chicken
  1. 1. Sweat 750g frozen mirepoix over med heat in 30g olive oil with salt 5 min.
  2. 2. Stir in 100g better than bouillon chicken, 3g turmeric, 5g garlic powder, 3g dried oregano, and 3g black pepper; add 2700g chicken stock, bring to boil.
  3. 3. Add 225g orzo & 200g chopped collards/kale; cook 8 min.
  4. 4. Fold in 650g shredded rotisserie chicken; heat through, adjust salt.
  5. 5. Serve hot with crusty bread.
