Skillet Turkey Burgers

14 g unsalted butter
12 g vegetable oil
1 lb ground turkey
5 g water
2 g baking soda
15 g soy sauce
12 g panko bread crumbs
10 g grated Parmesan cheese
1 g unflavored gelatin
1 g pepper
1 g table salt

  1. 1. Melt 14g unsalted butter with 12g vegetable oil in a small bowl
  2. 2. Place 1lb ground turkey in large bowl
  3. 3. Using your hands, break up meat into rough ½-inch pieces
  4. 4. Combine 5g water and 2g baking soda in small bowl
  5. 5. Drizzle baking soda mixture evenly over turkey, followed by 15g soy sauce and melted butter
  6. 6. Evenly sprinkle 12g panko bread crumbs, 10g grated Parmesan cheese, 1g unflavored gelatin, 1g pepper, and 1g table salt over turkey mixture

  11. 11. When patties start to sizzle, cover skillet and cook until patties are well-browned on bottom, about 2½ minutes (if patties are not browned after 2½ minutes, increase heat)
