Super Greens Smoothie

113 g cucumber
85 g broccoli florets
72 g baby spinach
442 g ice
½ ripe avocado
18 g fresh parsley leaves
5 g spirulina
221 g unsweetened apple juice
  1. 1. Cut 113g cucumber into 2-inch pieces.
  2. 2. Cut 85g broccoli florets into 1-inch pieces.
  3. 3. Load blender in order: 72g baby spinach, 442g ice, cucumber, broccoli florets, ½ ripe avocado, 18g fresh parsley leaves, 5g spirulina, 221g unsweetened apple juice.
  4. 4. Process on low speed until mixture is combined but still coarse, about 10 seconds, scraping down sides as needed.
  5. 5. Gradually increase speed to high and process until completely smooth, about 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Adjust consistency with extra unsweetened apple juice as needed and serve.
