Directions
- 1. Cut 113g cucumber into 2-inch pieces.
- 2. Cut 85g broccoli florets into 1-inch pieces.
- 3. Load blender in order: 72g baby spinach, 442g ice, cucumber, broccoli florets, ½ ripe avocado, 18g fresh parsley leaves, 5g spirulina, 221g unsweetened apple juice.
- 4. Process on low speed until mixture is combined but still coarse, about 10 seconds, scraping down sides as needed.
- 5. Gradually increase speed to high and process until completely smooth, about 2 minutes.
- 6. Adjust consistency with extra unsweetened apple juice as needed and serve.
