275 g onion
3-4 poblano peppers
700 g tomatillos
25 g garlic
25 g cilantro
  1. 1. Preheat your broiler or oven to its highest setting.
  2. 2. Chop 275g onion.
  3. 3. De-stemm and halve 3-4 poblano peppers
  4. 4. Place the chopped onion, 700g tomatillos, poblanos, and 25g garlic on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. 5. Broil on high about 15 minutes until the vegetables have charred and caramelized.
  6. 6. Transfer the charred vegetables to a blender and blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth
  7. 7. Add 25g cilantro to the blender and blend until broken down.
